Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the OneNation FACEIT Intelligence browser extension accesses, uses, and shares information when you use it on FACEIT and related pages.
1. What the extension does
OneNation FACEIT Intelligence provides Counter-Strike 2 and FACEIT player statistics, recent match information, map performance, community badges, and optional browser interface enhancements.
2. Information processed
- FACEIT player and match information: public or otherwise accessible player names, player identifiers, ELO, match identifiers, maps, match outcomes, and performance statistics needed to display the extension's features.
- Extension preferences: enabled features, interface settings, and related preferences stored in your browser.
- Information from supported pages: relevant FACEIT page context, such as a match or player identifier, used to determine which statistics to display.
- Optional account or community information: where a feature is used, FACEIT, Steam, or OneNation identifiers may be used to retrieve linked profile information or community badges.
- Technical requests and diagnostics: network requests to data services can reveal standard technical information such as IP address, request time, and requested resource to those services. Some bundled components may generate usage or diagnostic requests.
3. How information is used
Information is used to provide and improve the extension's statistics, match insights, community features, settings, and reliability. Browser permissions are used to show features on supported pages, retrieve relevant information, apply user settings, and enable user-initiated actions such as copying information.
4. Services and data transfers
The extension communicates with FACEIT services and OneNation services at onenation.ro to retrieve relevant player, match, or community information. Certain bundled components may also communicate with external services for functionality or technical diagnostics. Those services may process request data according to their own privacy policies.
OneNation does not claim ownership of third-party FACEIT data. FACEIT is a third-party service, and OneNation FACEIT Intelligence is not officially affiliated with FACEIT.
5. Browser storage and retention
Feature preferences and certain temporary information may be stored locally in your browser to keep settings and improve responsiveness. You can remove extension-local data by uninstalling the extension or clearing relevant browser storage. Server-side technical logs and any account-related records, where applicable, may be retained as needed for operation, security, and legal obligations. Specific retention periods depend on the relevant service and data type.
6. Sharing and advertising
Information is sent to the services required for the functions described above. OneNation does not sell personal information collected through the extension. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect the security of the service.
7. Security
We aim to limit access to information to what is necessary for the extension to operate. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and requests
You can disable individual extension features, turn off the extension, or uninstall it. For questions about information associated with OneNation services, including access or deletion requests, contact contact@onenation.ro. Requests involving third-party services may need to be directed to those providers.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the extension, its integrations, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page will indicate the latest update.
